Bridal Hair Ideas

I have been excited all day to blog these photos and the shoot only happened this morning! I met make-up artist Kyla Giesbrecht from Mac Makeup at a wedding this summer and she agreed to model for these photos as well as design the Bridal make-up for these shots. We kept the make-up light and bright and the idea was to incorporate different floral pieces into a series of bridal up-do’s to show off our team of wedding experts. We photographed three different styles to highlight each floral piece. Emma Miller from Hype Hair Studio in Kits was our hair therapist and up-do expert. She is the mastermind behind these three hair masterpieces and carefully backcombed, curled, pinned and arranged all these styles to suit each floral design. Not only does she know her craft , but she is quick; allowing us to conquer three separate styles and shoots in under two hours. The flower designs came from Heather March at Green Stems Floral Boutique who is set to open her shop in the Woodwards building this Novemeber. Exciting Stuff! So if you are getting married this year and looking for a romantic and sophisticated style, talk to any one of these women to design the look that you are after.
